March Break Band Camps
Posted by: | CommentsWell once again it’s time for us to join our famous Rysons Band Camp.
On Tuesday, March 13 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, you’ll be able to attend our Fiddle Camp, Rock ‘n Roll Camp, and Bucket Drumming. The cost is $35.00 and will be a lot of fun for students and parents alike.
We always have a great time at these band camps, and don’t worry if you don’t have an instrument to play, we’ll lend you one.

Rysons Summer Music Camps Coming in July!

There will be several camps available:
• Rock Band Camp
• Ukulele Camp
• Musical Theater
• Keyboard
• Brass/Woodwind
The fee for the camps is $35 daily (10:00 am – 4:00 pm) or $125 for Monday-Thursday. This is a great way to learn to play in a group.

Rysons Fiddle Camp August 13th.
Posted by: | CommentsRysons Music Studio is offering a very interesting fun loving Fiddle Camp on August 13.
Four music teachers will lead the fiddle camp;Michael Mattie, Beth Barley, Grace Barnhart and Danielle Oegema.
Our fiddle camp is for beginners and professionals alike…everyone is welcome.
The day will begin at 10:00am until 4:00pm. Then we hope to all go to dinner at a local restaurant and return for an evening of jam sessions filled with lots of reels, jigs, waltzes, and down home foot stomping music.
This is a fun way to learn to play fiddle and experience playing along side professional musicians.
If you don’t have a fiddle, we’ll lend you one for the day.
The price is $40.00 for the day. All are welcome; young and old, novice players, and professional musicians.
We hope you’ll plan to join our Ryson’s family for this fun event.

Rysons Spring Music Camps are Fun For All

Break Music Camp which was very successful. Many people are now looking
forward to our summer camps.

What a treat to see”young
children and adults ” bowing together and stomping at our fiddle
camp. Our guitar and band camps rocked on to many different beats
and recorded Dvds to take home and enjoy with their families . Many
music friendships were formed at our band camps. The jam sessions were
excellent .
Our Summer camps will be daily or weekly for July and August.
Camps will include;
- Musical Theatre
- Rock Camp
- Vocal
- Fiddle
- Violin
- Keyboard and Theory.

"I'm going to Ryson's Music Camp"
Welcome to Music Camp at Rysons Studio for March Break. Experience the enjoyment of a musical gathering and meeting new music friends. Classes are all taught by professional and experienced teachers, with lots of enthusiasm for your future. The camps consist of a new “Fiddle Jam Camp,” “Rock Band Camp,” “Musical Theatre,” “Beginning guitar” and Introduction with training for Voice. Make your dreams come true. Learn to play the fiddle, become a Rock Star, Musical Theatre Actor performing from High School Musical or sing a song from Miley Cyrus or your favourite star.
Fiddle Camp: March 16th at Rysons Studio. Teachers: Beth Bartley, Mike Mattie, and Grace Barnhart. Time will be 10:30 to 4:00, break for supper, return for jam session. Instrument can be supplied if needed. Beginners and experienced students, young children and adults. everyone is welcomed. PRICE IS $35.00
Rysons Rock Band Camp. Teachers David Tufford, Jordan Phelan and Tim Popek. Time will be 10:30 to 3:30. Group can consist of drums, guitar, bass, singer and keyboard. Learn different styles of music, how to play in a group, and how to keep proper timing. You will also make a CD of your performance. Rock camps are a lot of fun. Price is $40.00.
Musical Theatre and Vocal Camps. Enter the world of Annie, Oliver, The Sound of Music, High School Musical, and many more Broadway shows that you will perform and sing. Vocal lessons will ensure proper techcnique for singing. You can learn to sing POPULAR, COUNTRY , BROADWAY, ITALIAN, FRENCH and many of your favourite songs depending on your age and voice skills. Time is 10:30 to 3:30. Price is 35:00. Have your dreams come true become a diva for a day or two.
